Jenna L. Foreman was born and raised in Clarksville, TN, and is a graduate of Clarksville High School. She attended college at Western Kentucky University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in 2007. While in college, Jenna was a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority, Dynamic Leadership Institute and the WKU National Championship Dance Team. She was also named a Next Generation Nonprofit Leadership Scholarship recipient in recognition of her year-long internship with the March of Dimes headquarters.
Jenna completed her law degree at Hamline University School of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2013. While in law school, Jenna was a member of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, Alternative Dispute Resolution Student Organization and the Minnesota Justice Foundation. During the summer after her first year of law school, she had the opportunity to study abroad in London, England, and received her Certificate in Global Arbitration Law and Practice from Queen Mary University. Throughout law school Jenna worked as a law clerk at the Children’s Law Center of Minnesota, as well as a in a summer clerkship with Legal Services of Northwest Minnesota. For three semesters Jenna worked in the Child Advocacy Clinic at Hamline, serving as the student director for her last year of law school. She was a dean’s scholarship recipient and also received the Clinic Student of the Year Award for her work in the Child Advocacy Clinic.
After graduating, Jenna moved home to Clarksville to be with her family. She was married to her husband, Tyler, in August of last year. She and Tyler are members of The Bridge Church here in town, and enjoy spending their time with their niece, nephew and their two dogs. Jenna is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and Young Lawyer’s Association. Her primary areas of practice are Family, Juvenile, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury and Civil litigation. Jenna also has experience in legal writing as she has written briefs to the United States Supreme Court, Tennessee Supreme Court and Tennessee Court of Appeals. She is happy to be back in her home town, and feels blessed to be working in and giving back to the community where she was raised.
